William Hess, P.E., owner of Hess Engineering and Construction Consultants

William Hess, PE, S.I.T. - Principal

William Hess, P.E. founded Hess Engineering and Construction Consultants in 2020. Prior to operating HECC, Will spent more than seven years with a trusted and noteworthy New Hampshire excavation company as General Manager. Before his role as General Manager, he served as a field engineer and assistant project manager for one of Massachusetts' leading heavy construction firms. Will earned his Professional Engineering license in 2019. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology where he earned a civil engineering degree. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has been a dedicated member of New Hampshire Good Roads for several years.
